Huge hotel with brand-new rooms and most importantly, helpful and affable staff. The rooms with jetted tub. Paid US$ 109. Affable, courteous staff towards all guests. Great features and comfy and best possible location.

My room was fairly quiet thanks to the amicable staff. The hotel room was incredible and tidy with the balcony and a fireplace, as example. Was a comfortable base for new year.

Being able to get to the city centre quickly while being far enough away for peace and quiet. All rooms have a small balcony with a view of the river. Behind, it's the nature. One evening, we even saw a bear in the water.

There's no breakfast room. We have to go to another hotel. That's a shame.

The room I booked here had a cozy bed, central heating, TV with multiple channels, and a microwave, with a beautiful view of the river; the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Pros": We got great value for our money at Rocky Waters Motor Inn. The room was modern, clean, and had a fantastic view of the river from our balcony. The location was convenient with a trolley stop right in front of the hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The staff here is really friendly and nice! the location is awesome - it's super close to all the cool stuff to do around here, like attractions and the city center. Plus, you've even got Cooter's Place nearby for some extra fun! 🎉

A bit noisy in the evening because of the traffic but quiet at night.

We really enjoyed staying there! We like having the balcony with the lawn chairs to enjoy the creek outback and watch the wildlife. We also liked the convenience of the Marathon station across the street and a short 10 min walk into town. Plus we didn't have the noise of downtown to listen to in our room. We will definately book with you again.
